Touch is an opportunity to meet and engage with an|other. It can support the realisation of our potential as well as provide one of our most satisfying life|healing experiences. This workshop recognises the intimacy of touch. How we maintain agency when being touched is a critical subject in contemporary life. Embodied practice develops the capacity to listen, discern and trust your somatic responses. This enables finding your voice and the resolve to speak. To support this we will cultivate a space of respectful learning that strengthens agency and restores trust. We will integrate our experiences through breath, moving and shared conversation.
This workshop is an opportunity for professional development as well as an introduction to Body-Mind Centering®’s approach to the inherent intelligence of the moving body.
